Liverpool’s new signing out for 3-4 months after suffering serious training injury
Liverpool’s star is set to miss the next three to four months after picking up an injury in training on Monday.
After further examination, the medical staff at the Merseyside club determined that an operation is the best course of action for treating the issue, according to The Athletic.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp revealed on Friday that Arthur had missed the previous week’s Champions League victory over Rangers due to the injury.
The Brazilian will not play for the Reds again until 2023, which is a major setback for the 26-year-old.
On transfer deadline day, Liverpool signed Arthur on loan from Juventus to help with their lack of midfielders. However, due to fitness issues, Arthur hasn’t seen much action for the Reds.
The Brazilian has played just 13 minutes for Klopp’s team so far this season, although he trained throughout the break between international competitions to prepare for the start of the regular season.
This is sad for the midfielder after all that work, as his chances of playing time for Liverpool suddenly seem very small given that all of their midfielders will likely be available whenever the 26-year-old returns from his injury.
