In a massive club clearout, Marco Asensio and Dani Ceballos are two of the eight players Real Madrid has made available for departure.

Borja Mayoral has had two offers, Takefusa Kubo is close to joining Real Sociedad, and the remaining players are Jesus Vallejo, Reinier Jesus, Mariano Diaz, and Alvaro Odriozola.

Eight players may depart Los Blancos this summer, adding to the expanding list.

Marcelo and Isco are now available free agents after Gareth Bale signed with MLS club LAFC.

On Real Madrid’s eight-man undesired list, Takefusa Kubo, Dani Ceballos, and Marco Asensio are some of the more well-known players.

In addition to Asensio, Ceballos, and Kubo, Jesus Vallejo, Mariano Diaz, Borja Mayoral, Alvaro Odriozola, and Reinier Jesus are also leaving the European Champions’ overcrowded squad in order to make room for the upcoming campaign.

This comes shortly after Los Blancos won their record-extending 14th Champions League and 35th LaLiga championships.

This window has already seen a number of high-profile players leave the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid’s Marco Asensio played 235 times and contributed to five Champions League victories.

Asensio, who has played 235 games for Los Blancos, is perhaps the most unexpected name on the list. However, according to reports from Marca, he won’t have his current contract at the club extended.

He has previously been vocal about his lack of playing time, and while Real hasn’t promised that things will improve for him next season, they won’t prevent a possible exit this summer before he leaves for free the following year.

He said: ‘I have one year left on my contract and I have three possibilities, after the international break we will talk.’

Mariano Diaz will consider offers despite the fact that he won’t see much action for Real.

Despite his performance against Manchester City, Jesus Vallejo won’t be a Real player for long.

In a similar situation to Asensio, former Arsenal loanee Ceballos has not played since leaving the Emirates after a two-year stay.
