Liverpool is still mentioned as a potential destination for Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio.

Asensio has reportedly received an offer from Liverpool to transfer to Anfield, according to the Spanish news outlet Sport via Paisley Gates.

According to the source, Liverpool and other Premier League teams can satisfy Asensio’s wage demands even though Real Madrid is unwilling to do so.

According to reports, the Spaniard wants a salary of between £4 million and £5 million per year, a demand that Liverpool is apparently willing to pay.

The Reds are reportedly eager to sign the player, who has scored 49 goals in 235 appearances since joining from Real Mallorca in 2016. The deal’s timing has not been confirmed, but it is understood that the Reds are interested in signing the player.

Asensio is an attacking-minded player who can play either out wide or as a No. 10.

Liverpool is rumored to be interested in signing Fenerbahce’s teenager Arda Guler. Aksam, a Turkish news agency, reports that Liverpool and Arsenal would compete for the talented kid.

The 17-year-old is frequently associated with the Gunners and has been labeled the “next Mesul Ozil.” The report claims that Guler, who can play as a No. 10 or on the wing, is valued at £25 million and is garnering interest from Liverpool.

In the race to recruit Guler, it has also been asserted that Lyon has joined Arsenal and Liverpool.
