“I would like to play for liverpool but..” – Watch 25-year-old German star gives conditions to join Liverpool as they’re Ready to face and battle strong competition from Real Madrid for his signature
Real Madrid, the current European champions, will compete with FA Cup champions Liverpool for the signature of Florian Neuhaus.
According to a report by Fichajes Futbol, this is the case (via Liverpool Echo).
The Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder has had a strong season playing in the middle of the park and has been connected to a transfer to a more powerful team.
After moving to Monchengladbach in 2017, the German went on to become one of the top players in the Bundesliga.
In 32 Bundesliga games for the Foals last season, Neuhaus was a regular starter, contributing four goals and four assists.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to a few prestigious clubs this transfer window such as Liverpool and Real madrid as a result.
Liverpool is one of these probable destinations, where the German midfielder could perhaps bolster the already strong midfield of the Reds with his experience and effectiveness.
Real Madrid is also rumored to be interested in the German midfielder, so Liverpool may struggle to sign him.
Last season, Jurgen Klopp’s team lost to Los Blancos in the Champions League final, and they just might defeat them again with this signing.
Liverpool, meanwhile, won’t be overly upset about missing out on the Germany international.
Jordan Henderson, Thiago Alcantara, Fabinho, and more talented midfielders make up Klopp’s squad.
