Paul Pogba has met an equal match at Manchester united

Manchester United interim coach Ralf Rangnick has brought his approach perhaps the most welcoming, being his openness when discussing club matters in a public domain.

The new boss has amazed United officials during the initial interview last month Rangnick has proven he can talk the talk, addressing the issues which have affected the club in recent years and addressing fans honestly about his opinion in regards to team decisions.

Rangnick was questioned on the long-term future of Paul Pogba at a press conference last week and once again laid down the law by insisting no player was bigger than the club, a timely reminder in the wake of more comments from the players agent Mino Raiola.

The so-called ‘super agent’ knows exactly when to speak to the press and after a quiet few months, he has decided to publicly address Paul pogba ‘s situation at Old Trafford.

The 28-year-old midfielder will be free to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with overseas clubs in the January transfer window leaving, the club with one last chance to cash in for an insignificant fee if they can find a buyer in the current climate next month.

“If a player does not want to play for a club like Manchester United medium or long-term, I don’t think it makes sense to convince him to change his mind,” Rangnick stated last week. ” I don’t think anyone in the club should try to convince a player to stay.”

However, the United interim manager is not completely writing off Paul Pogba and recognizes the incredible skills he can bring to his team.

He is also well aware of the baggage which comes with him as well as the financing aspects which will be needed to get him to stay.
