Liverpool’s new signing Darwin Nunez with the squad as Reds travel to Bangkok
As the Reds boarded their flight to Bangkok for their preseason tour of Asia, Liverpool fans got their first glimpse of Darwin Nunez with the team.
Three days before playing Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace team, the Reds will be prepared to square off against fierce rivals Manchester United early next week.
many fans will be very excited to see how quickly the Uruguayan adapts to life under Jurgen Klopp and, critically, can make an impression on his teammates ahead of the start of the season proper.
Darwin made 85 appearances for Benfica, scoring 48 goals, finishing the season as the league’s leading scorer with 26 goals and starring in the Reds’ Champions League campaign with 6 goals.
Hopefully, Nunez will continue his good goal-scoring form at Anfield to the delight of many Red fans.
