Liverpool and Manchester United star transfer target finally decide his next club

LLiverpool and Manchester United transfer has chosen Liverpool as his preferred destination ahead of Manchester United

According to reports Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool and Erik ten Haag’s Manchester United will compete ‘toe to toe’ for Benfica forward Darwin Nunez.

According to The Independent, Liverpool and Manchester United are both interested in signing Nunez from Benfica during the summer transfer window.

Benfica reportedly want £100 million for the 22-year-old Uruguay international striker.

The Independent also reports that, while Nunez prefers a move to Liverpool, his camp is open to considering what Manchester United has to say.

Under the leadership of Erik ten Haag, United is entering a new phase.

Liverpool would sure be a better option than Manchester United than Benfica striker Darwin Nunez.

The Benfica striker mostly plays as a striker, he may play in the center of a front three alongside Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz.

Nunez, on the other hand, will have to be mindful of the competition he will face at Liverpool.

With Jurgen Klopp having Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino at his disposal as well.

Nunez scored 26 goals and gave four assists in the Portuguese league and scored six goals in the Champions League this past season.
