Liverpool already exploring £100m Jude Bellingham transfer agreement as key factor emerges
Liverpool are reportedly exploring the possibility of agreeing a £100million transfer for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.
According to Sunday World, the player’s family appear to believe that a transfer to Anfield would be best for Bellingham’s development, making the Reds the clear favorites to sign Bellingham.
The England international has been a delight to watch for the Three Lions at this year’s World Cup as well as throughout his time at Dortmund, and he could truly give Jurgen Klopp’s team fresh energy.
Jordan Henderson, James Milner, and Thiago Alcantara are past their prime, and Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are out of favor and on the verge of becoming free agents. This suggests that Liverpool’s midfield needs to be rebuilt.
Bellingham doesn’t appear to be about money, which may be advantageous for LFC since they won’t be able to compete with teams like Manchester City on that front.
Although Klopp may not be having the finest season right now, Bellingham’s family would still find Liverpool to be a desirable place given his presence.
