Borussia Dortmund finally breaks silence on Jude Bellingham joining Liverpool
The transfer issue involving Liverpool and Jude Bellingham seems to have no end in sight, and now the director of the England international’s present club has spoken out about his future plans.
The Bundesliga team would prefer their star player to stay and be contented at the club, and based on Sebastian Kehl’s update, we can only infer that he is stating the truth.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano: ‘Borussia Dortmund director Kehl tells Sky90:

Despite having stated that he wouldn’t leave Borussia Dortmund this summer due to the earlier transfer of Erling Haaland, there have been no indications that the 19-year-old is trying to force a move away from the club.
It is undoubtedly not a burden for any football player to compete in Germany’s top division for a club as prominent as the one that holds its home games at Signal Iduna Park.
For the upcoming transfer windows, the midfielder from Birmingham will continue to be linked with a move to Anfield, and this comment only serves to highlight the fact that the Reds would have to provide a substantial sum of money to draw him away from his current club.
Let’s hope a deal can be worked out so Jurgen Klopp can use the former Birmingham City skills at Anfield.
