Steve Nicol points out weakness with current Liverpool side.
Former Liverpool defender Steve Nicol has identified a weakness in Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool’s squad.
Nicol, was arguably the best right-back in the Liverpool’s history. He believes Liverpool are quite vulnerable down the right flank of their defence.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is no doubt one the finest attacking right-back in world football right now and has consistently earned plaudits thanks to his incredible ability to contribute to the reds attacking department.

Nicol has now suggested that the right-back is the weak link in Klopp’s side. Nicol told ESPN:
“In my eyes, Liverpool have one problem, and that is if they get attacked down the side of Alexander Arnold.
“That is the only thing right now you can look and say, that’s a problem.”

The 2-0 win against Arsenal have reduced the gap between premier league leaders Manchester City and Liverpool to just one point.
