There is much to celebrate for Liverpool supporters after their team defeated Manchester City 3-1 in the Community Shield.
Fans have praised Luis Diaz for his outstanding performance against the Cityzens, despite the fact that the Reds were superior to their opponents, particularly in attack.
Even though the star failed to register a goal, his enthusiasm on the ball and in the final third was quite noticeable up to his substitution in the final minute.
The star, who just recently joined Jurgen Klopp’s team in January but has already established himself as a key player for the team, received support and admiration from the Anfield supporters on Twitter.

Luis Díaz’s defensive work today has been brilliant, love to see him tracking back & then absolutely busting a bollock to get up the other end when we get the ball back. He’s seemingly tireless.
It’s hard to dismiss Diaz’s remarkable attitude in leading the defense, and the actor never gave up.
But when the Premier League season gets underway, he will be eager to increase his opportunities in front of goal and provide the Reds more offensive danger.
