Rangnick provides latest Manchester United injury update ahead Of Norwich clash
Manchester United interim boss, Ralf Rangnick has given an update on the injury to his team ahead of Saturday away trip at Carrow road.
The Red Devils sit sixth in the Premier League table on 24 points and 3 points away from the top four placed team West Ham United.
Speaking to the club’s official website, he has confirmed that Raphael Varane will not available for the clash against Dean Smith’s side as he continues his recovery.
“For Rapha, the game comes too early. He was out a couple of weeks and we need to make sure he stays fully fit for the next couple of months, until the end of the season.
“So we don’t want to rush him too much. I am very positive, in the next couple of weeks, he will be available.”

Uruguay International Edison Cavani is in contention for a start, having trained with the squad this week.
“Tomorrow’s game, the only possible candidate might be Edi. We have to wait and see. He was training with the team yesterday and a couple of days before that so we have to wait and see how he feels today,” said Rangnick.
Another United player ruled out of the game is France international Anthony Martial.
“With Anthony, we’ll wait and see. It’s a question of pain and how tolerable the pain will be on his knee but, for tomorrow, he won’t be one of the players who is available.”
Paul Pogba remains out, while Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Nemanja Matic are doubtful after picking up knocks during the midweek game against Young Boys.
United will look to close the gap at the top of the table with a convincing victory over the Canaries. Norwich are bottom in the table with 10 points from 15 matches.
