Liverpool transfer target and Celtic FC midfielder Matt O’Riley wants to stay at the Scottish club this season amidst reported interest from Arsenal and Liverpool.
While he emphasized that he wants to work with Celtic this season, he acknowledged that other clubs are interested in signing him.

According to ESPN, in addition to the two clubs mentioned above, Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund, Newcastle United, and Leicester City have expressed interest in O’Riley.
The international for Denmark’s U21 team said to Danish publication Bold amid this interest in him:
“Yes, there are some of the clubs that have inquired about me. However, I cannot say which clubs they are.
“But even though it’s great to know that there is a lot of interest in me, I only have one thing in mind, and that is to do well for Celtic.”
Matt O Riley moved from MK Dons to Celtic in January of this year for a fee of £1.5 million.
While the Scottish club would prefer to keep the young player, a purchase offer in the range of £15 to £20 million might persuade them to part with him this summer.
The midfielder, who was born in England, has played 25 games for Celtic so far, with four goals and five assists.
This summer, both Liverpool and Arsenal are hunting for a central midfielder.
Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka have been the Gunners’ go-to midfielders.
Mohamed Elneny has performed admirably when given the chance, but they still lack the depth to participate in four competitions.
Sambi Lokonga plays for Arsenal as well, but he hasn’t yet shown himself at the highest level.
Thiago Alcantara, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and Naby Keita are all injured for Liverpool at the moment.
In contrast, Jordan Henderson and James Milner are past their prime and have not performed well this season.
