After losing Sadio Mane, Divock Origi, and Takumi Minamino, Liverpool still appears to lack options in attack despite the addition of Darwin Nunez this summer.

This summer, Liverpool and Real Madrid’s Marco Asensio were both heavily linked. Now, Mundo Deportivo, via Paisley Gates, has reported that Asensio has been offered to Jurgen Klopp’s team by his agent Jorge Mendes.

In order to get more consistent playing time before the World Cup later this year, Asensio is rumored to be open to moving this summer.

Nunez is getting ready to serve a three-game suspension, while Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino are both injured, so the Reds might be intrigued by a deal.

Thiago Alcantara, Curtis Jones, and Alex Oxlade-ailments, Chamberlain’s though, may compel the Reds to go back to the transfer market.
