Watch: Trent Alexander-Arnold’s shocking Liverpool confession should set alarm bells ringing for The Reds
Liverpool have won just four of their opening 12 games in the Premier League, making it difficult for them to finish in the top four this year.
Trent Alexander-Arnold has acknowledged that “something is not going right” at Liverpool, and few will contest that.

Liverpool were held 1-1 at home by Tottenham
The Reds are having a difficult season; they have won just four of their first 12 Premier League games, placing them ninth in the standings.
Jurgen Klopp’s team trails league leaders Arsenal by 15 points, Manchester City by 13 points, and Newcastle by 8 points, respectively.
A shocking 1-0 loss to Leeds at home on Saturday night was their most recent outcome.
Liverpool was expected to fight for the Premier League title during the preseason, but they now run the risk of not even finishing in the top four.
When they were attempting to become the first English club in history to complete the “Quadruple,” it would have been unimaginable six months ago.
The team led by Klopp won the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, and advanced to the Champions League final.
After winning a staggering 28 games, they also finished just one point behind City in the race for the Premier League championship. So, Liverpool remains the same team?
“I’d say we all believe in ourselves, we believe in the way we play, we believe in the squad and what we can achieve,” Alexander-Arnold told the club’s website.
“But I think when you do get setbacks, it can potentially make you second-guess yourself and question things. Clearly as a team something’s not going right, it’s not going as well as we want it to go.
“That’s something for everyone to think about, that’s something for everyone to address and make sure we put it right, especially next week against Spurs, top-four rivals.
“We kind of need to go there and get some points if we’ve got any chance of reaching our aims and aspirations for the season.”
