Transfer journalist drops massive Enzo Fernandez update that could have big impact on Jude Bellingham’s Liverpool deal

Ahead of the January transfer window, the rumor mill has been gradually turning, and Enzo Fernandez is now enjoying a lot of ties to Liverpool Football Club in the midst of their continued quest for midfield recruits.

Darwin Nunez may move to Real Madrid, according to Jacque Talbot, the journalist who broke the news of his intended transfer to the Premier League, after Benfica received a bid from an unidentified party.

This development may be very positive for the Reds’ pursuit of Jude Bellingham.

“They declined to identify the club. According to reports coming out of Portugal, Enzo Fernandez will likely move to Real Madrid, the journalist said in a video posted on his YouTube account.

“Spain or Real Madrid apparently, so, Barcelona? I haven’t checked. Presumably, it’s going to be Real Madrid.

“Which is fantastic if you’re a Liverpool fan because that’s surely going to open a door for Bellingham. I feel that Jude Bellingham is going to go to Liverpool eventually, I think that’s going to get done personally.”

Florian Plettenberg estimates that the Merseysiders will have to pay a cost of between €100 and €150 million (£88.4 to 132.7 million) as a result of their continued outstanding performances for club and country.

There is a slight chance that we’ll be able to close two significant signings for Fernandez and the England prodigy during the summer window (moves that are said to be financially possible).

Of course, Bellingham by himself would be more than sufficient if the team can recruit at least one more excellent midfielder over the course of the following two transfer windows.
