Barcelona is a tempting destination, but it’s unclear how much the Spanish side would be willing to pay for the 29-year-old.
Barcelona has been connected with Leeds United’s Raphinha, but they are reportedly unable to afford his fee, despite their desire to sign Robert Lewandowski this summer.
Barcelona, on the other hand, must sell players before he can be signed.
It is far from guaranteed that Barcelona will be able to afford Salah next season, whether on a ‘free’ transfer or otherwise.
