Five minutes before Darwin Nunez gave the hosts the victory in overtime, Mo Salah’s brilliant play nearly resulted in a second Liverpool goal.

The Egyptian international was the target of one of Alisson Becker’s signature precision goal kicks, which the latter avoided by spotting our No. 27’s run with a superb first touch.

The Uruguayan’s fizzed pass across the box wasn’t quite stopped by Leo Ostigard’s excellent defending, so it didn’t quite garner the respect it deserved.
