Manchester united predicted starting XI vs Burnley; Team news, injury updates.
Manchester united will be facing Burnley and will be looking for three points as they look to make top 4.
Manchester United will be without the suspended Bruno Fernandes against Burnley. The midfielder is serving a one-match ban after collecting his fifth yellow card of the season in Monday’s 1-1 draw at Newcastle.
Edinson Cavani will be looking to start against Burnley after he came off the bench to rescue a point against Newcastle.
Cavani scored his second goal of the season to earn Manchester United a point at St James’ Park and his return to form and fitness is a major boost for Ralf Ragnick.
Scott McTominay appeared discomfortable against Newcastle before being replaced by Nemanja Matic with 12 minutes remaining, meaning he is a doubt for the game against Burnley at Old Trafford.
Ragnickn could look to spice things up given the hectic festive schedule and the disappointing display against Newcastle and Jadon Sancho is in line to start.
United will again be without Victor Lindelof, who has tested positive for Covid.
Paul Pogba is also out due to his thigh problem, as he prepares to enter the final six months of his contract.
Manchester United possible starting XI; De Gea, Dalot, Varane, Maguire, Telles, Fred, McTominay, Sancho, Van de Beek, Ronaldo, Cavani
