Jurgen Klopp reacts on mo Salah’s ‘revenge’ claim ahead of Liverpool vs Real Madrid Champions League final
In the build-up to the UEFA Champions League final against Real Madrid, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp argued that Mohammed Salah has every right to be motivated by vengeance.
On May 28, the two teams will meet in a highly anticipated final in Paris. Both teams previously met in the 2018 UEFA Champions League final, during which Mohammed Salah sustained an injury.
Sergio Ramos, the former Real Madrid captain, collided with Liverpool’s main man, paving the way for a comfortable 3-1 victory. Karim Benzema scored in the 51st minute, while Gareth Bale added two more goals.

The Egyptian King recently stated that he was seeking vengeance against the Spanish giants, which Liverpool appear to be capable of accomplishing.
Manager Klopp stated that his players will be motivated for a variety of reasons. He explained to the Liverpool Echo:
“Nobody worries about Mo that he takes (2018) too much. He got injured and now is (in) very good shape. We all get motivated by different things. That’s fine.”
Klopp added:
“Only thing is if [revenge] is his motivation, it’s not. We want to put things right. It was a while ago now.”
