CONFIRMED!- Man united on the verge of signing £47m De Gea replacement as deal verbally agreed and set to be completed in the next 24hours
Manchester United are reportedly closing in on the signature of Inter Milan star Andre Onana.
According to Rudy Galetti on Twitter, Premier League giants Manchester United are inching closer to the signing of Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana in the ongoing summer transfer window. And the two clubs have already reached a verbal agreement over a £47 million deal.

The Cameroonian international was one of the Nerazzurri’s best players last season as they won the Coppa Italia and also made it to the final of the UEFA Champions League.
An agile shot-stopper who is also adept with the ball at his feet, Onana has all the tools of a modern-day goalkeeper.

Having released long-standing number one David de Gea when his contract expired at the end of June, Manchester United currently lack an automatic starting goalkeeper. The Red Devils need a reliable last line of defence, something Dean Henderson and Tom Heaton are not.
Inter Milan and the Red Devils have been in negotiations for Onana for a while now. And it would appear that the English side have got their man. This is good news for Erik ten Hag, who saw Onana thrive while playing for his Ajax Amsterdam side during their time together in the Eredivisie.
Manchester United have now agreed to pay Inter a £42 million transfer fee with a further £5 million in potential add-ons. It represents a significant layout for a player who will be expected to make a telling difference at the back for the Red Devils.
Both clubs will continue discussions and could finalise the terms in the next 48 hours. Onana, for his part, is ready to make the switch and looks prepared to make a name for himself in the Premier League.
The 27-year-old is currently in his prime and is an accomplished shot-stopper. He is also capable of playing out from the back and can act as a sweeper keeper. This ties in well with the Dutch manager’s game plan at Manchester United.
De Gea, for all his strengths, was not fit for Ten Hag’s philosophy and was often caught out by opposition attackers. With Onana now in goal, Manchester United will hope to have finally put their goalkeeping woes behind them and will be keen to push on to bigger and better things
