Andy Robertson makes a very interesting Liverpool comparison with Real Madrid ahead of final
Liverpool’s best player In comparison to his team, Andrew Robertson believes Real Madrid has had more time to rest and prepare for the Champions League final.
Los Blancos won La Liga for the first time in the twenty-first century on April 30 with four games to spare.
It allowed the team to let off on the gas pedal, which explains why they only won one of their final three league games.

The Reds, on the other hand, pushed for the Premier League crown until the competition’s final day, May 22, in an ultimately futile effort.
Manchester City, who held a one-point lead going into matchday 38, beat Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium to retain their title after a stunning comeback from two goals down.
Liverpool has reached the finals of all three cup competitions this season, winning two of them. The Champions League final would be the club’s first appearance in every possible game this season.
It’s been a long and hard season, and it’s taken a toll on their players, with several of them succumbing to injury.
Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara both had knocks recently, but they are both back in training and traveling with the squad to Paris today, much to their and the club’s relief.
Real Madrid, according to Robertson, has a tiny advantage in that sense, but they are also in good health. He said (via Liverpool Echo) at a pre-match press conference:
“Real Madrid have had a more relaxed prep, wrapped up their league three weeks ago, not played at the highest tempo since maybe.
“But we wanted to fight for everything but we’re in the best possible shape. We’ve come through a lot. Injuries, problems but the lads are fully fit.”
