Bad news for Liverpool as key player has been ruled out for up to six weeks without premier league action
Liverpool received bad news as a key player was ruled out for up to six weeks.
An injury is something you never want to have at any time during the season, but it’s especially devastating to suffer one on the first game when you’re still trying to get up to peak match fitness.

The only significant setback to Thiago Alcantara’s career has been persistent injury problems; he has only only played in all 30 or more league games in a single season, and it now seems that he won’t be playing for Liverpool for the foreseeable future:
It’s the last thing Jurgen Klopp wanted given that Thiago will miss some crucial games, including matches against Man United and Everton, and that Liverpool’s injured list now includes a number of notable players.
While Naby Keita’s anticipated comeback from missing the opener may be good news, Thiago’s hamstring injury means that he cannot play through it or be quickly recovered from.
In order to prevent them from losing any more crucial points at this early stage, Thiago Alcantara will be looking to his colleagues to step up.
