“This is my reality” – Watch £50m Liverpool transfer target take his final decision on ‘life-changing offers’ amid strong transfer links with Liverpool and man city
The Sporting Lisbon playmaker has been linked with a high-profile move to Liverpool, but it has been reported that he has already turned down the offer to leave his current club.
Ruben Amorim, the manager of Sporting Lisbon, has disclosed that Matheus Nunes, who has been linked to Liverpool, has already turned down ‘life-changing’ offers to leave the team this summer.

The Portuguese playmaker has attracted admiring looks from other parts of Europe as a result of his outstanding achievements in Liga NOS.
Despite Sporting failing to hold onto the championship that they won in 2021, the 23-year-old scored four goals and recorded as many assists in all competitions last season.
Wolves and Chelsea have also been said to be interested in hiring him. Liverpool have also been mentioned as potential suitors.
He is reportedly being considered by the Blues as a potential replacement for Frenkie de Jong, who is a top target for Manchester United.
With four years left on his contract in his native country and manager Amorim’s confirmation that the midfielder has already turned down several lucrative offers to move on, Nunes doesn’t seem likely to be moving anytime soon.
I’m glad Matheus Nunes is still here, he said, as reported by Portuguese publication Record. I’m glad that Sporting’s athletes, like Matheus Nunes, turn down lucrative offers in order to remain with the club.
“This is my reality, I am very happy with my squad and my players are the best in the world.”

According to earlier rumors, Liverpool prioritized Nunes’ acquisition in order to give their midfield greater depth.
Jurgen Klopp has chosen to postpone his search for a high-priced signing until the summer of 2019.
Jude Bellingham of Borussia Dortmund is reportedly at the top of their shortlist for transfers.
Of course, the Reds made significant purchases in the summer transfer window and have already looked to Portugal for one of their key recruits.
Darwin Nunez, a striker, joined from Benfica for what might set a new club record.
