This summer, Liverpool has been linked to a move for Marco Asensio.
Mohamed Salah, a Real Madrid star who has been linked with a transfer to Liverpool, has been hailed by Marco Asensio as one of the “greatest players in the world” and Liverpool as a “fantastic club.”

The Spanish international made a huge splash in the 2016–17 campaign and quickly rose to the top of the list of football’s most promising young players in Europe.
Asensio, though, has slid down the Madrid hierarchy in recent years as a result of several injuries, and there are rumors that he might be allowed to depart this summer.
Asensio spoke highly of the Reds and their star player Salah in April. Salah’s reputation has soared since he joined Liverpool from Roma five years ago.
Asensio said : “Mohamed Salah is one of the best players in the world and he has been at the forefront of football for many years.
“He is in a wonderful club like Liverpool, which fought and competed in great battles to win great titles over many years.”
“Mohamed Salah, in short, is a player with a special and great talent and a very good left leg that he plays with distinction, it is always a pleasure to watch any game he plays in.”
Last time around, Asensio had his most productive senior season to date.
The attacker scored 14 goals in all competitions, assisting Madrid to a stunning La Liga and Champions League double, the latter of which came at Liverpool’s cost in the Paris final.
As they seek to bolster their attacking options, Liverpool is prepared to make Real Madrid player Marco Asensio an offer of £100,000 per week.
Asensio has been associated with the Reds for a while, and the most recent reports indicate that they will eventually make a firm offer for the 26-year-old.
The Los Blancos playmaker is wanted by AC Milan, but they are unable to match his high demands, according to Spanish publication AS.
According to the publication, the European champions are requesting a transfer price of around 40 million euros (£34.4 million) for the Spanish international.
The freshly crowned Serie A champions, however, are unable to pay that amount and will only be able to contribute 30 million euros at most.
The Madrid-based media outlet state that the Merseyside club have already made an offer for the player to earn £100,000 a week (6 million euros a year).
