Liverpool FC next 6 fixtures compared to Manchester City and Chelsea in Premier League title race
The reds were handed a major boost in the Premier League title race on Saturday afternoon after Norwich city win and seeing Manchester City beaten by the Spurs in an interesting derby.
The Premier League title race has been blown quite open following Man City’s shocking defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
The premier league leaders fell to a 3-2 loss at home to the spurs as the north London outfit completed the league double over the Sky Blues.
The reds win over Norwich City means the gap now stands at six points, which can be closed to just three should Liverpool Fc get the better of Leeds United on Wednesday evening.
Chelsea’s title hopes are fading, though Jurgen Klopp’s side are very much in the picture after an unexpected twist in their pursuit of top spot.
Here are the next six Premier League fixtures Liverpool and their title rivals will play.
1. Man City – 63 points
City will look to bounce back from today’s performance next weekend at Everton, who are by no means clear of relegation just yet.
Following this, the small matter of the Manchester derby is on the agenda.
Manchester United will be hopeful of maintaining their positive recent record at the Etihad Stadium against their bitter rivals, having tasted victory on each of their previous three visits.
Crystal Palace could also pose problems for the reigning champions, who were beaten on home soil by Patrick Vieira’s side back in October. Palace’s rivals Brighton will be the next visitors to the Etihad.

2. Liverpool – 57 points (with a game in hand on Man City)
The reds will clash with Leeds on Wednesday evening, in what has now become a huge fixture in the context of the season.
The Reds were scheduled to face Arsenal away on February 26, but this fixture has now been moved to next month due to the Carabao Cup final being played the following United in quick succession.

3. Chelsea – 50 points (with a game in hand on Man City)
Chelsea’s upcoming fixtures are rather favourable, with meetings against sides all in the bottom half of the table.
Burnley, Newcastle, and Norwich could pose problems for the blues as they fight for their survival but Chelsea will nonetheless be expected to come out on top.
There is little margin for error for Chelsea, who trails the Citizens by 13 points.
