Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar among the Top 10 highest paid footballers in the world 2022.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Neymar are among the highest-earning players in a new list of the top ten highest paid footballers in the world.
A few names that have barely appeared in the top leagues this season.
PSG Superstar Lionel Messi earns a mouth-watering £960,000 in wage, making him the world’s top-earning footballer in the world.

Surprisingly former Chelsea star Oscar, who hasn’t been seen playing outside of China since 2017 is closer to that huge pay package than Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, and Kylian Mbappe.
Oscar left Chelsea for the Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG, now known as Shanghai Port in the January 2017 transfer window.
The £67 million deal broke the Asian transfer window and made the former Brazilian international one of the most reimbursed players in the world.
Oscar is just only behind Messi and PSG teammate Neymar on the list, according to figures compiled by Marca and Salary Sport.
Ronaldo’s £385,000 weekly income puts him sixth on the purported list, behind Wales talisman Bale, who has barely played for Madrid this season due to injuries, and the France and PSG forward Mbappe.
Belgium and Manchester City star De Bruyne is said to be paid the same salary as Ronaldo, and Real Madrid winger Eden Hazard is not far behind with £381,000 a week.
United goalkeeper David De Gea is said to be £5,000 a week short of Philippe Coutinho, with the Brazilian pocketing £380,000 per week.
Full list of the Top 10 highest paid footballers in the world 2022.
