“Unbelievable player” Jurgen Klopp praises reported Liverpool target
Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp has been full of praise for West Ham United forward Jarrod Bowen.
It’s not new to hear Bowen receive praise. The winger has played some excellent football this season and he’s, rightly, received a lot of credit even from outside West London.
But, what is worthy of note is that Klopp has labelled him an ‘unbelievable player’ amid ongoing transfer links to Liverpool.
Liverpool have been linked with a move for the Englishman and Klopp is certainly a fan.
Klopp had nothing but good things to say about Bowen.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, ahead of the Reds home game against West Ham on Saturday.
Klopp said, “Bowen, what a player he’s become. Unbelievable. We saw him as well at Hull and he was really good, but I’m not sure many people expected this jump, he’s an unbelievable player,”.
These comments from Klopp only add fuel to that fire to news of transfer speculation around Bowen and Liverpool.
The German is clearly a big fan of the West Ham winger and to be honest he can’t be blamed for admiring Bowen.
The 25-year-old is exactly the type of player Liverpool needs if they are ever to replace Mohamed Salah or Sadio Mane. He is quick, intelligent and a great finisher.
It remains to be seen if Liverpool will make a move for Bowen either in the summer or future, but one thing is certain Klopp is a big fan of Bowen.
In other news, Ian Wright sends warning message to Liverpool ahead of crucial few months of the season.
