Liverpool skipper Jordan Henderson insists Reds star midfielder Fabinho is the best number six in the world.
Fabinho is one of the Reds’ most important players, and while he’s absolutely fantastic for Liverpool, he often doesn’t get the credit he deserves.
However, Henderson has now applauded him and claims he is the best player in the world at number six.
Speaking to BT Sport, Jordan Henderson has had plenty of good things to say about Fabinho.
“When you have someone like Fabinho in the team, who, for me, is the best in the world in that position, he’s incredible, he’s a huge player for the way we play.
“When I play as a number 8 having him behind you, it’s amazing really. It’s an incredible feeling to be able to go off and press and do your thing going forward,” Henderson said.

We must agree with Henderson. Fabinho is now the best number six in the world. Yes, how likes of Casemiro, Rodri, and even N’Golo are brilliant in that role, but no one is pretty just as solid as Fabinho.
The Brazilian is the backbone of this Liverpool team. He allows the Reds to press up, while also maintaining a top line, and as the beginnings of 2022 showed, he is also not bad at moving forward.
Henderson is confident that Fabinho is the best number six in the world, and it’s very hard to disagree with that point of view.
