“I will bring him to Liverpool” – Watch jurgen klopp send transfer message to Bayern Munich superstar who could cost around £50m this summer
Leroy Sane, a winger for Bayern Munich and Germany, is reportedly a player whom Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is interested in bringing to Anfield during the current transfer season.
Sane, a graduate of FC Schalke’s youth program, rose to reputation in Germany before signing for Manchester City for a significant sum of money in 2016. T

The 26-year-old quickly established himself as a major member of Pep Guardiola’s team and went on to make 134 appearances for the Cityzens, scoring 37 goals and dishing out 46 assists. In 2020, he moved back to Germany and joined Bayern Munich.
The German winger has struggled to maintain consistency in his performances, thus Sane’s tenure at the Allianz Arena has not been the resounding success fans had hoped for.
The adorable forward has made 91 appearances for the Bavarian powerhouses so far, scoring 25 goals and dishing out 28 assists in all competitions.
In two of the first games of the new season, he has both scored and assisted on goals.
Sane, though, is no longer a lock for the starting lineup at Bayern Munich as he must compete with Serge Gnabry, Kingsley Coman, and recent addition Sadio Mane, who left Liverpool to join the Bundesliga champions earlier this summer.
The 26-year-old German international has actually played a total of 37 minutes in Bayern’s two games this season without making a single start.
Given that it is a World Cup year, Sane may decide to think about his future at the Allianz Arena as a result of this circumstance.
The former Manchester City winger has drawn interest from Real Madrid, but according to the aforementioned source, Liverpool has also entered the race to sign Sane.
This summer, Liverpool lost numerous forwards. The Reds said goodbye to Takumi Minamino and Divock Origi in addition to the aforementioned Sadio Mane, but they have not yet given Roberto Firmino a new deal.
So, even though Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez were added in 2022, Anfield might use another top attacking acquisition.
Sane would provide serious competition for Diaz on the left flank, and Liverpool’s depth would enable them to compete in all of the competitions they would be participating in.
Even though the German has three years left on his contract with Bayern Munich, the report claims that it may take a proposal of £50 million for the Reds to convince him to go.
Given that Bayern Munich charged Barcelona nearly the same sum for Robert Lewandowski, who had only one year left on his contract, the reported number does seem a little low.
In the remaining few weeks of the transfer window, it will be interesting to see whether Liverpool has a genuine interest in signing Sane and whether they approach the ex-Manchester City star.
