Liverpool transfer; Premier League club agree personal terms with £12 million Liverpool star
According to Football Insider, Nottingham Forest, a newly promoted team, and Liverpool full-back Neco Williams have reached a personal agreement (via Wales Online). Neco Williams appears to be out of options at Liverpool.
The right back, who is 21 years old, spent the second half of last season on loan at Fulham, a team in the Championship.

The Cottagers were led by Williams to the Championship title and re-entry into the Premier League. In the lower division, he made two goals and two assists.
However, Fulham is more interested in signing Swiss international Kevin Mbabu as their new right-back than they are in bringing in Williams on a permanent basis.
As a result, Nottingham Forest had a chance to sign the Welshman. The aforementioned source claims that despite reaching a personal agreement, Forest and Liverpool have not yet finalized a contract.
The right-back for the Reds is valued at about £15 million. However, the Merseyside club rejected Nottingham Forest’s first offer, which was in the neighborhood of £12 million.
According to reports, Liverpool declined Nottingham Forest’s initial offer for a full-back. Williams, Neco
Neco Williams is still a target for Forest, though, this summer. Steve Cooper, their manager, is a strong supporter of the youthful full-back.
It is important to note that Cooper and Neco Williams collaborated while the current Nottingham Forest manager oversaw the Liverpool youth squad.
Neco Williams needs to leave Anfield immediately if he wants to play in every game. Williams’ 2022–2023 campaign is anticipated to be crucial.
For the right-back, who is only 21 years old, to be selected for Wales’ team for the forthcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, he must be playing consistently.
Trent Alexander-replacement Arnold’s at right back has already been signed by Liverpool this summer. Calvin Ramsay has joined the Reds from Aberdeen in Scotland.
Ramsay, who is only 18 years old, seems like a long-term choice. Neco Williams is now further down the Anfield hierarchy as a result.
