Liverpool set to finally seal deal for £120,000 per-week star for €40m after holding talks over personal terms
Liverpool are interested in signing Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans and are said to be willing to offer €40m to sign the Belgian after talks last summer over personal terms that were no problem for the Reds.
The 24-year-old was a target in the summer for the Reds but nothing materialized and he stayed at the King Power Stadium as Liverpool failed to sign a replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum.
It’s a decision that Jurgen Klopp has been forced to defend countless times in his press, and not many believe the German, made the right choice.

The Belgian international joined the foxes on loan from Monaco in the summer of 2019, before finally sealing a permanent move for a then club record of €45m as per transfermarkt.
Tielemans has everything that a midfielder needs to succeed under Klopp and his ability to fit in either a defensive or attacking midfielder would be another feather in Liverpool’s hat.
