£40m rated Liverpool target rejects new contract offer set to depart for Free.

Paulo Dybala is set to leave Juventus for free after rejecting a new contract, with Liverpool monitoring the situation according to report.

The news sounds like a good one for Liverpool who could benefit from it.

As Per TYC Sports Juventus had agreed on a new deal with Argentina forward, only to go back on their word.

The Italian giants allegedly changed the terms of the contract they had agreed with Dybala, leading to him pulling out of renewal talks.

As it stands the 28-year-old is determined to leave the Allianz Stadium and is currently free to negotiate pre-contract agreements.

This is coming after Calciomercato revealed that Liverpool were tracking Dybala’s contractual situation at Juventus with a view to a free transfer once his current deal expires.

The Argentina international has scored nine goals and four assists in all competitions for the old lady this season.

Dybala joined Juventus from US Palermo in the in the summer of 2015 for around £40m and has been a key member of the Turin club.

Jurgen Klopp is severely lacking quality attacking depth, so the Argentine would not be a vanity signing, but a vital addition.

With Divock Origi is said to be on sale for just £7 million, while Takumi Minamino has failed to impact games in the Premier League.

In that sense, bringing Dybala, a true world-class forward, to Merseyside could be just what Liverpool needs to keep in touch with Manchester City.

If a deal can somehow be reached this month instead of the summer, it might even save Liverpool’s Premier League title hopes
