The reds full back Andy Robertson has showered praises on Liverpool’s new signing Luis Diaz following his impressive start to life at the Anfield outfit.

Luis Diaz has been astonishing since signing from Portuguese side FC Porto in the January transfer window.

Robertson strongly believes that Diaz presents a really dangerous problem for their opponents to ponder about.

Robertson spoke to BT Sport after Liverpool’s 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday. He said:

“He’s been incredible since coming in, he’s been special and hit the ground running. He was unplayable ay times today.

“The way he drives at defences, you can see people are scared of him.

“He’s got end product too. Sometimes it can take players a while to get settled in when they come during the January window but luckily that’s not been the case and hopefully it continues.”

The Colombian international has a tally of two goals from five appearances for Liverpool despite only joining over the January transfer window.

With Diaz having hit the ground running, this could be another master stroke by Jurgen Klopp’s recruitment team in the transfer market.
