(VIDEO): “Priceless” What Fabinho did that made Liverpool fans Love him the more after 1-0 win over Burnley
Liverpool secured a hard-fought 1- 0 victory over Burnley on Sunday afternoon thanks to Fabinho’s first-half goal, and Reds fans are amazed at the Brazilian reaction in a post-match conference.
Fabinho’s answer to a question during his post-match interview has made Liverpool fans love the midfielder even more than they already did.
The Brazilian put the Reds in front against Burnley on Sunday five minutes before halftime, his sixth goal of the season in all competitions.
His goal turned out to be the only goal of the game at Turf Moor on Sunday, with Liverpool’s win narrowing the gap over league leaders Manchester City to nine points.
Liverpool have a game on their hands against the reigning champions as they try to keep the title race alive.
After a match-winning performance, Fabinho was interviewed in the mixed zone following the match, with Reds fans loving one of his answers.
Fabinho was visibly shocked when the reporter asked him: “They had a lot of chances today didn’t they Burnley?”
The 28-year-old scrunched his face and laughed as he responded by saying: “Did they?”, before admitting they had a couple as he smiled at the reporter.

Liverpool fans lapped up Fabinho’s response to the question and soon flocked to social media to react to the interview.
One fan tweeted: “Yes lad, that was the perfect answer.”
Another supporter added: “I love this guy, he knew exactly what to say.”
A third fan also wrote: “Fab knows ball, why on earth would you ask him this?”
Relegation-threatened Burnley had managed five shots on target during the match, one more than the amount Liverpool had.
Fabinho’s goal on Sunday was his fifth in his last six appearances in all competitions, while he has now scored three in his last four in the Premier League.
Fabinho found form in front of goal helping his team secure important win in the absence of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane who were on international duty at the just concluded AFCON.
