(VIDEO) Watch: Brazil vs Croatia 1-1 PEN( 4-2)− All Gоals & Extеndеd Hіghlіghts FIFA World Cup 2022 HD: Modric & co reaches World Cup semi-finals
Croatia defeated Brazil in the World Cup Quater final, Dominik Livakovic once more saved his team from defeat in the penalty shootout.
After a goalless first 90 minutes, Neymar thought he had secured a spot for the five-time champions in the semifinals with a sensational extra-time goal.
But Zlatko Dalic’s remarkable team produced a sting in the tail when substitute Bruno Petkovic beat Alisson with a deflected strike in the 117th minute.
Then Croatia scored four out of four from the penalty spot. As a result of Livakovic stopping Rodrygo’s first penalty kick and Marquinhos hitting the post with Brazil’s fourth, Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar left hoping for a fifth penalty that never came in a 4-2 loss.
