Transfer news: Liverpool make €35million transfer offer for Barcelona star

Liverpool have reportedly made an offer for the potential transfer of Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie as they look to continue strengthening their midfield.

The Ivory Coast international, who joined Barcelona from AC Milan last summer, seems like he could be a solid choice for Liverpool in that problematic position, even though he hasn’t fully displayed his finest form there yet.

Inter Live, as cited by Sport, claims that Liverpool have made a genuine attempt to compete with Inter Milan for the services of Kessie this summer and have even offered the 26-year-old player a €35 million bid.

On his best days, Kessie can be among the best defensive midfielders in Europe and might be a perfect replacement for Fabinho in Jurgen Klopp’s lineup.
