Highlight: Watch Arsenal 5-0 Nottingham Forest full highlights as the Gunners return back to winning ways with a stellar performance
Following a loss to PSV in the Europa League last weekend and a loss last weekend, the Gunners were eager to win today and reclaim first place in the Premier League.
Not yet, but after a few less than stellar performances, alarm bells may start to ring if there is another slip-up today.
On paper, the Gunners should easily defeat the bottom-placed Nottingham Forest club, but Mikel Arteta may be second-guessing himself after his team’s recent deserved triumph over Liverpool, especially in light of their unfortunate propensity to give up goals at home.
Having not played each other in a league match since January 1999, this is a big deal.
