Jose Mourinho’s side will welcome Manchester United to Tottenham hotspurs stadium for an entertaining clash on Sunday afternoon in the Premier League.


Spurs are currently sixth in the league, with a win on Sunday potentially taking them into the top four. Spurs have struggled recently, having won just one of their last five games in all competitions.

Man United will come into the game on the back of a 2-0 victory in the Europa League over Granada and are currently second in the table, 14 points behind league leaders Manchester City, one game behind their rivals.

Solskjaer’s team has been in good shape lately, having won four of their last five games in all competitions.

The recent head-to-head record between the two sides is evenly divided in half. Both teams have won two of their last five league games.

Tottenham, however, demolished Manchester United in a 6-1 crush in the reverse encounter earlier this season.



Jose Mourinho confirmed that Ben Davies and Matt Doherty are the only players who are unavailable for the game due to injuries.

Apart from those two, Spurs will have a full-strength team for the game on Sunday.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be sweating on the fitness of Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford who scored during the week against Granada following a lingering foot issue.

However, the duo are likely to be in the squad for the game on Sunday.
