Paris Saint Germain have released Spanish striker Jese Rodriguez following a sex scandal.
Jese has been accused of a sex scandal after he was accusing of cheating on his partner with her model friend and also was pictured breaking Covid-19 protocol at a party in Gran Canaria last month.
The 27-year-old joined PSG from Real Madrid, in 2016, but struggled to cement a place in the team, since his arrival in the French capital, meaning just 18 appearances in his 4 years stay.
“Paris Saint-Germain and the player Jese have agreed to terminate the player’s contract,” the club said of the deal running until June 2021.
“Paris Saint-Germain wish Jese the best in the rest of his professional career.”
The Spaniard had been on loan at loaned to Las Palmas and Real Betis in Spain and Stoke City and Sporting Lisbon, while on contract with PSG.
