Mourinho is plotting a reunion with Hazard, having managed him at Stamford Bridge for two years.

The Portuguese manager  is likely to receive funding from the Giallorossi when he takes over Roma next season in his first year in Italy since 2010.

According to the report, an offer of £43 million could be enough to tempt Real Madrid to take the deal, as Hazard is not living up to his  £130 million price tag.

The Belgian international is one of the players that real Madrid has put up for sale this summer after another disappointing season in LaLiga.

Hazard has failed to live up to the standard that saw him join Los Blancos from Chelsea in 2019. His Real Madrid career has been plagued by injuries.
