The 21-year-old joined Schalke 04 in 2017 and has made appearances for 28 for the Bundesliga side in the 2019/20 season.
Schalke 04 position on m the Bundesliga table continues in a downward trend after their 1- 0 loss to Werder Bremen in the Saturday encounter.
This is their fourth straight loss since the return of the Bundesliga amid the coronavirus pandemic.
