The 24 year old England international has obviously not been part of Thomas Tuchel‘s long-term plans and he is free to leave the Stamford bridge this summer.

Tammy Abraham was Chelsea’s leading scorer last season with 12 goals in all competitions, but barely featured in the top flight campaign after the German boss Thomas Tuchel took over from Frank Lampard as manager in February early this season.

Three years ago, Abraham had a highly success at Villa Park, and it was his goals that helped the side win promotion from the Championship via the play-offs.

Villa have already been active in the transfer market signing Emi Buendia from Norwich and welcoming back Ashley Young from his spell in Italy with Inter Milan.
