The German Bundesliga returns as the government gives clubs the go-ahead to restart the 2019/20 season.

Bundesliga is set to restart the 2019/20 season, following a meeting held on Wednesday.


The German top-flight league was suspended in March to help control the spread of the coronavirus pandemic

However, clubs have returned to training  gradually, while following government guidelines on social distancing.

Players of each teams were compelled to undergo the COVID-19 test and so far 10 players in the league have tested positive for the coronavirus and have since been isolated from the rest.
