Etebo scored his Maiden goal for Spanish club Getafe in the 1-1 draw against Eibar on Saturday.
Nigerian International Oghenekaro Etebo scored his first goal in Spanish La Liga against Eibar at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez on Saturday evening.
Etebo, 24, was making his ninth appearance for the azulones after he joining on loan from Championship side Stoke City.
In the 30th minute of play Etebo gave the host the lead through a well taken shot after he was assisted by Angel Rodriguez.
The former Las Palmas midfielder has featured in 23 matches in la Liga ma his debut in February 2018 against Malaga.
This was Etebo only sixth start for the Spanish side. Eibar got an equaliser just before the end of the first half through a Charles Dias de Oliveira goal.
The Nigerian international was substituted in the 68th minute, after suffering an injury.
The away team thought they won the match with four minutes left to complete the 90, the goal was ruled out following the intervention of the VAR. The game ended 1-1 with both sides settling for a point each.
The Super Eagles midfielder will remain at the Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Pérez outfit until the end of the 2019-2020 season in July, after an extending his loan contract with Getafe.
