Eriksen urged to be more decisive by Antonio Conte

Inter Milan head coach Antonio Conte has stated that he hopes to see more of Christian n Eriksen in the coming games.

Christian Eriksen played a vital role in Inter Milan 2-1 against Sampdoria at the San Siro stadium on Sunday.


Inter Milan closed the gap between them and Juventus to Six points. A Goal each from Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez was enough to secure all three points for the Nerazzurri’s.

The Away team pulled one goal back in the 52nd minute through Morten Thorsby, but not enough as inter secured all 3 points.

Eriksen assisted Lukaku for the first goal of the encounter and had an impressive game with five shorts and four key passes.

Antonio Conte has revealed that the Midfielder needs to take his chances by being decisive. told a news conference.

“We had the chance to work with him. We had the time to improve from both physical and tactical point of view,” Conte told a news conference.

“Nowadays he fits our project but he needs to be more decisive because he had many chances to score and he must score.”But I am pleased the way he played, as the team, because we are going to play again in three days and those three points will be decisive for us”

Eriksen joined Inter from Tottenham in the summer and has scored 2 goals in 10 games in this 2019/20 season Campaign.
