Cristiano Ronaldo was once again on target for Juventus as he scored a free-kick goal for the first time in Serie A against in Juve 4-1 victory against Torin on Saturday.

The former Real Madrid forward had 43 free-kick attempts before this one across all competitions, and none found the back of the opponents net.

Juventus humiliated Torrino 4-1 with goals from  Paulo Dybala, Juan Cuadrado, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Koffi Djidji (OG).

Speaking after the match, Cristiano said he needed the free-kick goal to heighten his confidence.
“I really needed that free-kick so I could get a bit of confidence [from free-kicks] back,” the 35-year-old told Sky Sport Italia.

“The important thing is to win regardless of who scores, be it, Cristiano or Dybala,” Ronaldo added.

“It’s very important to win, but the truth is that we are doing well, Dybala and me, but the team is also doing very well, we are improving our confidence, and against Milan, we will try to win

This is Ronaldo’s 25th goal of the season making him the first Juventus player since 1961 to score 25 league goals in a season.

The old lady will next travel to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza tackle AC Milan on Tuesday, June 7 without Paulo Dybala and Matthijs de Ligt suspended due to accumulated yellow cards.
