Samuel Chukwueze won the man of the match award in Villarreal vs Mallorca 1-0 home win in La Liga.
Chukwueze won the prize for his outstanding performance in Villarreal Tuesday, 1-0 home win at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
The 21- year-old featured in the entire 90 minutes of the game, giving the assist for Carlos Bacca’s goal in the 16th minute of the encounter.
Samuel Chukwueze completed more take-ons (7) than any other player on the pitch vs. Mallorca, no player created more chances (2) and no Villarreal player made more tackles (3).

Chukwueze dribbled the ball pass an opposition defender before crossing the ball from the right winger to the Columbia for a close-range finish.
This is Villarreal second win in a row after 1-0 away win against Celta Vigo on Saturday, June 13 and Chukwueze was involved in the last-minute winning goal for his team.
Javier Calleja’s side are now two points away from the last European spot, on the la Liga table, currently occupied by Atletico Madrid, who will take on Osasuna later today.
The Nigerian International has notched 3 league goals and 4 assists this season for the yellow submarine.
The Spanish league scheduled three games for each team within a week, amid the long break this means Villarreal will next take on Granada on Friday.
