Chelsea are ready to cash in on Tammy Abraham in this summer transfer window with West Ham United and Leicester City target being valued at around £40 million.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea are preparing themselves for a major overhaul in the attacking department this summer. One of the players is undoubtedly Tammy Abraham with the forward very unlikely to be included in Thomas Tuchel’s plans for next season.
The Blues are willing to listen to offers for Abraham in the summer. Chelsea set their price at £40 million for their out-of-favour star, with West Ham very keen on Signing the forward, Leicester city inclusive.
Tammy Abraham have struggled since the departure of Ex Chelsea boss Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel taking charge of the team, lacking playing time despite being involved in 18 goals in all competitions this term, though most of those have come against weaker opposition, either in FA Cup or the League Cup.
Abraham could, follow Olivier Giroud in moving away from Stamford Bridge in the summer. But, unlike the Frenchman, the 23-year-old will certainly help Chelsea fetch a considerable amount of fees, given his performances and records in English football as well as the potential he offers.
The Englishman’s future seems over with the Blues having identified Erling Haaland as their top target, but signing the Borussia Dortmund striker could be difficult, especially with Borussia Dortmund looking likely to succeed in their quest to finish in the top four.
