Chelsea have reportedly placed a £43m price tag on Callum Hudson-Odoi ahead of the summer transfer window, according to reports in Germany.
German outlet Sport Bild, is reporting that Chelsea’s current asking price is around £43m following the speculation about the teenager’s future.
According to the same reports, Bayern Munich had as many as four bids turned down by Chelsea for Hudson-Odoi in the January transfer window earlier this year.
The same reports also states that Hudson-Odoi handed in a transfer request in January but was unable to get a move away from Stamford Bridge.
And it is also claimed in the same story that Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool are all linked to Hudson-Odoi.
Odoi’s situation is likely to be a consistent source of speculation and rumours in the coming weeks given that his current contract at Stamford Bridge is due to expire in the summer of 2020.
Hudson-Odoi made his full England debut on Monday night and notched up an assist in the 5-1 win over Montenegro after an impressive performance. He’s a youngster with big prospects and incredible talent to showcase.
However Chelsea will return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon when they travel to Cardiff City in the top flight.
